Emergency Sewer & Drain Service, Inc.

Called ML Upright services because my basement ceiling was leaking. They came an hour before scheduled time. The technician was very knowledgeable had parts ready and available to fix the leak in ceiling. The labor took less than a hr and the price was great. Would definitely recommend there services..

Not a great experience. The person who answer the calls, Darlene was nice and very responsive. But when the plumber came out, he couldn’t find the leak in our crawlspace and even put a camera in the pipe to look around. This cost us $500. He said the leak was probably in the ground and we would have to break up the floor to find it. They quoted us later 6k! I had a second opinion from a different plumber who found the problem in 10 mins. After running the water from the kitchen, he found it was the kitchen waste pipe and quoted us around 2k to fix. I’d never use or recommend this company again!

Quick response, efficient service - have used many times

Excellent and trustworthy. More than I budgeted but I think it's worth it.

Great service, Tommy answered the phone when other companies were not answering, around 7am and had someone come out within 1 hour of our call. The service was quick, efficient and they fixed the issue. I’m thankful we found them and am happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs quick, reliable service!
