F. La Rocca & Sons Masonry & Paving Contractors

Flavio was a pleasure to work with. His years of experience in this family business is very noticeable. First explaining all that his team would do, being on sight to direct and show his men what to do .Impressive. High quality results. I will use them again and recommend him

Had Flavio & team redo our driveway due to parts of it crumbling to the gravel base. The estimate was timely and detailed, and communication with his office was very quick when I had questions about certain aspects. The work was done within half a day, extremely efficiently. By 8am all the guys and required trucks and materials were stationed and ready. The only hiccup was when we discovered additional old driveway layers the estimate didn't account for, which couldn't have been seen until removal started anyway. We chatted, he showed and explained it, and we were able to continue with the project. Driveway looks nice, crew was hard working, pricing was fair and appropriate.

We are very happy with the work and professionalism from LaRocca and Sons. Every step - from estimates, to permits, to consistent communication - was efficient, clear, and left us "in the know" the entire time. The work is beautiful, and even our neighbors have begun to comment on how nice it looks.

We recently hired Flavio Larocca & Sons to repair our front steps. Mr. Larocca came out to give us an estimate. Approximately 6 weeks later, his workmen arrived. They were very efficient with their time and completed the job within two days. We now have beautiful bluestone steps with belgium risers. Very clean look! After completion of their work, I noticed a cement residue on our walkway. Mr. Larocca sent one of his workers back to rectify the issue and pressure wash the walkway. Thank you for ensuring our complete satisfaction, Mr. Larocca! Last but not least, It would be remiss of me not to mention Cathy, his office administrator. From beginning to end, she was fast to respond with any questions or concerns we had, and was a pleasure to work with throughout. Thank you, Cathy!

I recently had an additional patio added to my property replacing a useless sloping area of grass utilizing retaining walls. Materials were selected to match the 104 year old existing Masonary structures on my property. The results are stunning. The entire process went smoothly in accordance with the detailed proposal and contract agreement. Mr. La Rocca retains excellent office staff ensuring quick and effective communication. I highly recommend Flavio La Rocca to anyone needing Masonary work. This guy really knows what he is doing. I plan to use him again in the future.
