Fandacon Remodeling Services

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, and Fandacon Inc. was fantastic from start to finish. They were very responsive, came out quickly, and got the issue fixed. They also helped correct another problem that had been caused by an HVAC company years ago. Maurice was always responsive, professional, and true to his word when it came to both timing and pricing. It’s refreshing to work with someone who follows through and does what they say they’re going to do. We would definitely use Fandacon Inc. again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service!

We recently worked with Fandacon to build a master bath and renovate two existing bathrooms, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Maurice is highly skilled with design, which was incredibly helpful in navigating all the material choices. He guided us through all the decisions and his experience really showed throughout the project. The team went above and beyond—cleaning up the entire work area before leaving each day, which we really appreciated. The craftsmanship is outstanding: the tile work, fixtures, and overall finish all came out beautifully. We’re thrilled with the final result and look forward to working with Maurice and the team again. Highly recommend!!!

The time was way past to "renovate" our small, 75-year-old bathroom that had a pink tile you only see in 1950s movies and a cast iron tub peeling away and rusting. The shower had to run for several minutes to get the right temperature and the lighting was dark and gloomy. My husband started with a national company who sent a salesman with a torturous 45-minute presentation that wouldn't end. To get a price they wanted to send a second person for another appointment. Then we tried a local company that provided a slick computer-generated design but quoted a price that should have covered a renovation of the whole house. So we found Maurice. We gave him a printout of the bathroom we wanted from a photo on the internet. He quoted a price significantly below the price I had and in half the time frame. Best move we ever made. Maurice and his crew accommodated our schedule and did all the demo work while I was away. They worked constantly, even on a Saturday, to stay on schedule. The work was excellent - ripping the room to the studs, removing the old tub, doing the plumbing and wiring and finding the right size cabinets to fit the small room. The final result is probably one of the nicest small bathrooms I have ever seen. He kept close to the design we had found and actually improved upon it. Save yourself aggravation, time and money and start with Maurice and Fandacon whenever you're planning a home renovation. That's what we do. You won't regret it.

I have know Maurizio for about 7 years. He remodeled my kitchen several years ago. He did a fabulous job within the scheduled timeframe even with additional requests. More recently, Maurizio gutted and remodeled the master bath. It was exactly the way I envisioned it and I was given great ideas to enhance my original design. I also appreciate that the work was done on time and also with minimum disruption to the master bedroom. The materials provided were of great quality and I also requested specific tiling which Maurizio was able to get. Finally, his team is extremely talented and kind. They are all easy to work with. I recommend Fandacon for all your remodeling work.
