Poor customer service. Called on 7/3/26 desperately hoping to find a contractor to help evaluate my apartment's cooling needs as I have been guided incorrectly by people who haven't even laid eyes on my home space. That has resulted in purchasing a/c units that are costly but never adequately cooling the spaces. Suffering in the last heat wave we just had in NY. Mike at Ferro called me to respond to my message left with his answering service. On 7/3, he agreed to come visit my home today, and I said I would work from home today to be available. I had to call him during the window of time he said he would visit as it was getting close to the end of that window of time he promised. Took a minute for me to jog his memory as he didn't immediately recollect our phone conversation last week. Said he would send someone a bit later than the time we originally agreed upon. The next thing I know, I get a text saying they have multiple emergencies and can't make it today, and need to reschedule for another day, after I had already taken the day to work from home.... I decided to look for a different professional as I would not take the chance of agreeing again, only to be told similarly -- that they can't make it over. Complete waste of a day. Based on the other reviews I'm now seeing, it was probably a blessing in disguise that he and his team never could show up today. No regrets.

Be careful with one of there workers the short guy with dark hair and white van he offered to do the job on the side and when i said no he was very nasty

Incompetent plumbers could not fix Firepit -had to have manufacturers rep FaceTime them to do it .
