First Call Restoration

We had a horrible experience with water and mold damage cleanup from another company. The other company left our home in an inhabitable state, but FIRST CALL SWOOPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY! From the moment First Call stepped into our home, I could tell they genuinely cared about getting our home back to a livable state. I can't speak highly enough about Gary and how great he was with our project. His communication, attention to detail, and overall care made us feel like our home was in great hands. I wish we would've called First Call from the very beginning because they would've gotten us back on our feet much faster. I cannot recommend them enough. It's an incredibly destabilizing feeling to have your home ripped apart and unlivable, but First Call made the whole process feel much more manageable.

The name says it all — FIRST CALL, no question about it!! I genuinely don’t know what rock I was sleeping under that First Call Restoration wasn’t our first call from the beginning. After a local family caused extensive damage to our home, we hired another company to handle the remediation. Unfortunately, an already devastating situation became even worse when that company failed to follow proper procedures and employees were caught stealing from our home. Then First Call came in, and the difference was night and day. From the very beginning, they were quick, responsive, knowledgeable, meticulous, and incredibly communicative. More importantly, they were genuinely empathetic about what our family had already been through. They treated our home and belongings with care and respect, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. A huge shoutout to Gary and Mike, who were absolutely phenomenal throughout the process. Their attention to detail, knowledge, communication, and genuine care gave us back some peace of mind after an incredibly stressful experience. And Jen and Jamie in the office were just as wonderful — always responsive, helpful, kind, and on top of everything. The entire First Call team turned what had become a nightmare into a situation where we finally felt like we were in capable hands. They did a phenomenal job, and we truly cannot thank them enough.
