First String Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

John and Shane did a fantastic job troubleshooting multiple issues with several toilets. They walked me through everything and were very patient. Great guys, great company. Will be calling again!

John and Shane were both great. They gave us two options and we are happy with the work and options. We may be calling them soon for option two! Will definitely be calling again!

It took me a while to find truly good plumbers, but there is honestly no one better than them. Nick’s team is fantastic and incredibly experienced. Every time we’ve had an issue, they’ve identified the problem extremely quickly and provided us with the best solutions. John and Shane came today to fix a couple of things that had previously been installed by other plumbers who simply didn’t have the same level of knowledge and experience. They are both absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, professional and patient. They take the time to explain everything clearly, make sure you understand what’s going on, and their work is fantastic. On top of being excellent at what they do, they are genuinely such lovely people. If you’re lucky enough to have John and Shane come to your home, they’re truly a gift to your day! We couldn’t be happier with Nick and his entire team. I recommend them 100%

Excellent service! John & Shane were very professional, responsive, and friendly. Since we were getting close to the insurance company’s deadline for completing the installation, they came promptly and completed the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

John & Shane came and replaced my water heater. They also added an expansion tank and an emergency auto shut off valve. I could not be happier with their work. First class service!
