I’ve been to Floor & Decor probably 10–15 times and have always been very satisfied with the customer service and the staff’s knowledge. Unfortunately, today was a different experience. I came in to return one leftover edge trim from my bathroom renovation and purchase another color for a second bathroom. At the cashier, Keneisha did not greet me. When I said I’d like to return the piece, she sighed and said, “hai ya ya.” I was a little surprised, especially since Floor & Decor has always been great about their return policy. After processing the return, she handed me the receipt without saying anything. Later, I noticed her leaning on the counter checking her phone, which is not something I’ve seen from other team members there. Still a regular customer and usually have a great experience. Hopefully today was just an off day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Gustavo We’ve had such a great experience at Floor & Decor in Port Chester. The team is always warm and welcoming from the moment we walk in, and someone always checks to see if we need help. We’ve actually been back at least six times trying to decide on our tiles because there are so many choices, it can definitely get overwhelming! Each visit, the team has been patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. Yesterday, we went in to pick up some edge trim, and Gustavo and young lady at the nearby counter were so kind. They carefully wrapped our 8-foot-long trim and made it much easier for us to carry and transport. Really appreciate the consistently great service here. Highly recommend this location!

Javon and Alex were super helpful!

Absolute joke of a store. I showed up for a simple pickup of ONE pallet and got stuck standing around for 40 full minutes while the people "preparing" orders moved at a glacial pace on someone else's stuff. These employees are not doing their job in a timely manner at all--zero urgency, zero efficiency, just slow, half-assed work that drags everything out. When I finally called them out, they had the nerve to say they were "preparing my order." My entire pallet took them under 3 minutes once they bothered to actually touch it. A pickup order is supposed to be ready before the doors even open-not left hanging because the staff can't finish basic work on time. These people love to act like they run a polished, professional operation. Reality check: it's pure chaos run by people who clearly don't care about doing their jobs promptly. More disorganized than a business run by children. I'm turious they wasted 40 minutes of my time because the crew preparing orders refuses to work at a normal speed. Avoid this place if you value your time at all.
