J&C Garage Doors And gates

Esteban from J&C Garage Doors was amazing. He answered my quote request quickly, he is warm, friendly and personable. He was punctual, and did top quality work with top quality components on our garage, and he saved me at least $400 over competing quotes. He was also the fastest. We bought a house with an ancient guillotine like garage door. J&C Garage Doors replaced it completely with a new door, and Lift Master opener. Even though the opening was not a standard size and not quite square, he did not charge me extra or make a bid deal of it as some others had. Of all the tradesman we've worked with Esteban and his team have been the best most, most professional experience we've had yet since we moved to Bedford!

I called few overhead door companies asking about spring replacement. I got few quotes from different companies, J&C Garage Repair quoted me 125$ per spring. I asked why they charge me that much, when other companies quoted me 85 per spring. And the person I spoke to told me that the reason is that the quote what they will eventually charge. And that other companies quote low rates, but when they get to the job, they try and get extra. I told him I will get back to them, and scheduled with a different company. When the technician of the company who quoted me over the phone 85 per spring arrived, they told me that the final bill will be 475+tax. Then I knew why J&C told me what they did. I called J$C and has someone coming and replacing the springs for me for 250$ as they promised over the phone. Honesty is something very rare our days. And I found it here.

I got an urgent call from my daughter on Friday morning, saying that she cannot open the overhead door, and that she want me to come and open it for her. I told here that there is no chance that i will drive all the way to Somers now to open the door for her, and that if there is a problem, she should contact someone that repairs garage doors to come and repair it. Then i remembered that i once used the services of a garage door company in New York, and that they did a good job. I called them and they said that they do not work in Westchester County, but that they can recommend J-C. I called them, and told them that i need service in Somers, and that i would like to pay over the phone with a credit card, they said OK, and said that they will call me when they will know what needs to be done. I got a call at 11 telling me that one of the wheels broke, and that for their opinion, but i dont have to, there is a need to replace all for wheels. When i asked how much, they said that it will be 80$, and i asked: "Each wheel"? And they laughed and said no, for all 4. My daughter called me after 25 minutes and said that i am her hero again ;))

My heroes!! J&C Garage Doors is a great company to work with!!! I called and got an appointment for the next day! Such a simple thing, I should have called way earlier. Jack the technician was great, personable, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained what was wrong, he quoted me the price, told me what the warranty was. The repair was less expensive than I imagined it would be. I highly recommend using J&C for garage door repair services in Westchester County New York.

We called up J&C and they came out to replace my garage door spring and other minor repairs. They have all the parts and tools with them when they arrived, knocked out the repairs on the spot and did a darn good job!
