I'll be honest. I came into this kitchen renovation with a construction project management background and a healthy skepticism about someone meeting my standards. Spoiler: Jilco proved me wrong. From the initial design process through a delivery situation that tested everyone's patience, including mine. Ben and the Jilco team were responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting it right. When things didn't go according to plan, and in any renovation something always doesn't, Ben didn't disappear. He escalated, he communicated, he showed up. In this industry that is rarer than it should be. The cabinet quality itself, once everything arrived correctly, is excellent. Our custom painted cabinet line is exactly what we designed and the craftsmanship shows. The design process was thorough and the elevations they produced gave our contractor everything he needed to execute cleanly. The kitchen looks great. Jilco earned our trust through the hard part, not just the easy part. That's the only review that actually means anything. Highly recommend. Ask for Ben.
