K&D Contractors Inc

Highly recommend K&D Contractors, a dependable and honest family-owned business that completely transformed and upgraded my co-op apartment in Brooklyn. The renovation included two bathrooms, including a bathtub-to-shower conversion, a kitchen update, new tile flooring, closets, doors, a flex-room door, a Vitsoe shelving system and much more. K&D’s owner, Klaudjan, is a fast and responsive communicator and quickly provided the many documents required by my co-op. Every member of his team was capable, hardworking and professional, whether handling plumbing, electrical work, painting or problem-solving along the way. They were also quick to suggest creative solutions when needed. I wasn’t living in the apartment during the renovation, but one of the biggest compliments came from my neighbor on the same floor, who praised the team for their efficiency and cleanliness. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend K&D.

My family and I recently completed a renovation with K&D Contractors on our new home, and I am very happy to share our positive experience. From the initial meeting with Klaudjan and his team to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. What impressed me most about Klaudjan was his communication, transparency, and attention to detail. Every question we had was answered promptly—even during off-hours through the group messaging app. Every concern was addressed thoughtfully, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. Renovating a home can be stressful, but the team made the entire process feel organized, transparent, and manageable every step of the way. The initial proposal and pricing were clear and straightforward, and any additional work or adjustments were discussed with us in advance, eliminating surprises. As we approached our project deadline, the team worked diligently and went above and beyond to complete everything on a tight schedule. Throughout the renovation, we had regular weekly conversations to review progress, discuss any issues, and address additional items that arose during the project. Even after completion, Klaudjan has continued to answer our follow-up questions and stands behind his work, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Beyond the quality of the work itself, the team treated our home as if it were their own. The crew was respectful, reliable, and consistently maintained a clean and safe work environment for both our family and our neighbors. We are truly grateful for their hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship, and we would not hesitate to recommend K&D Contractors to family, friends, or anyone looking for a general contractor they can trust. Thank you for helping turn our vision into reality. We are excited to begin this new chapter in our beautiful new home!
