I will NEVER recommend KARACO Heating and Cooling. Within about 20 days of the work being completed, the system stopped working properly after I had only used it twice! The repair did not hold. I spent a lot of money expecting a lasting fix, and instead I’m left with a heater that failed almost immediately after limited use. This has been extremely frustrating and expensive. I would not recommend this company based on this experience. I did contacted them they didn’t care! They are so unprofessional and they are scammers!

if you are looking for a company to maintain your current system or install a new HVAC, i would highly recommend Karaco. Several years ago based on some recommendation I had Bell install a Heat Pump in my home. I had issues with Bell the entire time and since the installation have had 2 leaks and countless other issues. Karaco/Ron and his team have been over numerous times to fix Bell's installation issues and head off other problems. They have replaced the drain lines, fixed issues with the drain pan and blower installation issues just to name a few. Their costs have been significantly less than what I expected and are less than most of the quotes I recieved from other companies. Experience: Top Notch Cost: lower than many competitors in the area Personality: Ron, Ian and Andrea have been a delight to talk to and work with Reliability: Top Notch: when i had my second leak, they arrived within hours and replaced the rest of the drain system this is the company you want working on your system
