Kevin Davis Construction Consultants Inc.

I could not be happier with the process and results of the exterior residing and gutter repair that Kevin Davis Construction just completed on our townhouse. Kevin himself was communicative while working out the details of the job and made multiple site inspections during the week that work was underway. His crew was skilled, thorough, friendly, and responsive on site. Everything was cleaned up and tucked way to end each day, the job was completed in consecutive days with no gaps, and their attention to detail was exceptional. I am so satisfied with the experience and quality of work with KDC personally, that I immediately recommended Kevin to one of my clients as a Real Estate Broker. I wouldn't do that if I wasn't 100% confident in the referral.

Highly Recommend! We were thoroughly pleased and impressed by Kevin Davis Construction. Kevin himself and all his team are professionals who understand their craft well to create a beautiful space. We had a complete basement remodel after a water pipe break over the winter. New flooring, new custom cabinets, plumbing, painting as well as updates to the space both functional and aesthetic. This was a big project and expense for us, and Kevin took a measured approach that never made us feel like we were paying for anything we didn't want done. He and his team were great at listening to our ideas and finding solutions, including creating new wood beams that work to define spaces within our basement (photo). 5 stars on the work, the communication, and the team.

Kevin Davis and his crew were great!!! Kevin was very easy to work with and his team was very professional and worked efficiently to get my project completed. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely use Kevin Davis Construction for future projects!

Kevin is awesome! Professional, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and attention to every detail puts him a step above the rest.

I have lived with an ugly 80’s green tiled bathroom for 25 years. I finally decided to update it and hired Kevin and his team for the job. I definitely picked the right team! The transformation was amazing and I am thrilled with the results. Kevin’s team was reliable, hard working and kept an impeccably clean work area. Kevin was very responsive to my never-ending questions. He is fair, honest and professional and does excellent work. I plan to use Kevin Davis Construction again for my next home project!
