These people will literally charge you 2.5X the competitive rate for a roof replacement, put holes in your ceiling, then ghost you when you ask them to fix it. Go elsewhere for any work you need on your house.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. had an issue with roof installation and for 3 weeks could not get somebody to return a call or set up an appointment to come back and look at the problem.

1 is even too much. I made two appointments & they never showed up. When I called they seemed very confused. One woman said that someone was dispatched & would be there in an hour, then she said 10 minutes. Told me that every time she tried to contact him he never answered. They didn't seem to think this was an issue. The last call the employee told me that I needed to speak to the supervisor, when she connected me, I got a recording. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.. horrible.

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable! I would NOT recommend this roofing company to anyone! We contacted them yesterday after discovering that our roof was leaking. They scheduled an appointment for today (Monday) at 10 AM and specifically told us that both homeowners had to be present. Because of this requirement, my husband had to take the entire day off from work. A few hours before our appointment, they called to say they couldn’t make it until 2 PM. We were understanding and agreed to the new time. However, 2 PM came and went, and NO ONE showed up or even bothered to call us! My husband eventually called them himself, only to be told that they had overbooked their appointments and wouldn’t be able to come at all today. They suggested that maybe someone could come tomorrow. Are you serious?! If you knew you couldn’t make the 2 PM appointment, the least you could have done was call and inform us instead of leaving us waiting around all day! What makes this even more frustrating is that we are dealing with an ACTIVE ROOF LEAK, not a routine inspection. We rearranged our schedules, my husband lost an entire day of work, and we were left with absolutely no service or communication. Mistakes and scheduling conflicts happen, but the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for your customers’ time is unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential customers before even starting a job, I can only imagine how they handle actual projects. Extremely disappointed. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values your time and actually honors its appointments.
