Leo's Construction did two excavation/foundation jobs for me which included a two car garage/family room addition and an ADU/barn. The ADU foundation was on a very sloped part of my property that sat ~10 feet lower than the opposite end. The measurements were critical because the structure was a kit that sat on the footings and there was no room for error in dimensions or footing heights. Nestor and his crew executed the job perfectly and really stayed committed to getting things right. They really take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them for any level of excavation / concrete / masonry.

Nestor and his team repointed the hand-built stone foundation on my 1906 house and rebuilt a fieldstone retaining wall that had buckled. I was so impressed by the craftsmanship and the care they took in their work. It was the best experience by far I've had with anyone working on my home and I hope to use them for future projects.
