Lion Joint Ventures

We recently completed a major renovation of our home with Lion Joint Ventures and are very happy with how everything turned out. Eva and Henry were great to work with. Both were consistently on-site, checking on the work, answering questions, and making sure things were moving along. One thing I really appreciated was how hard their crew worked. They were there practically every day they could be. Even our neighbors would comment on how hard everyone was working lol. We did quite a bit of work on the house, including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fireplace, exterior, and a new deck. I’ve included some before-and-after pictures so you can see the difference. One thing I would recommend to anyone doing a major renovation is to have a clear idea of exactly what you want before starting. There are a lot of decisions throughout the process, and the more you know going in, the easier things will be for everyone. Eva and Henry were very helpful throughout that process. Overall, we’re really happy with the work and appreciate the effort that went into the project. I’d definitely recommend Lion Joint Ventures, and a big thank you to Eva, Henry, and the crew.

We recently hired Lion Joint Ventures to remodel our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, they were clean, efficient, and extremely professional. They worked closely with us to design and create beautiful custom features that truly made the space our own. Throughout the process, any issues that came up were handled quickly and thoughtfully, which made everything stress-free. We were especially impressed by how timely they were — everything was completed on schedule without ever feeling rushed. We highly recommend Lion Joint Ventures to anyone looking for top-quality work and outstanding service!

We had a wonderful experience working with Eva and Henry for the upgrade of our two bathrooms. The process was easy and convenient (it’s a one stop shop). In fact , we decided to hire them again for our next remodeling project . We highly recommend them for any home improvement projects .

We had a wonderful experience working with Lion Joint Ventures. Eva and Henry are so personable, punctual and efficient. Very fairly priced compared to other companies. We did a gut of a kitchen and bathroom, added a bathroom and finished the basement. Everything was done meticulously and in a timely fashion. Both gut of kitchen and bathroom were done in 5 days while my family was on vacation! Couldn’t have been easier! The entire time they’d send pictures, FaceTime and call with inquiries. I’d highly recommend this company for any renovation you may need!

We had a fantastic experience working with Loin on a bathroom renovation for one of our residents. Their team was not only efficient and highly skilled but also incredibly cooperative throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was their thoughtful approach—when we modified our office, they provided excellent suggestions that helped us optimize the space while keeping costs down. Their expertise and dedication truly made a difference. Highly recommend Loin for any renovation or construction need
