Luis and his crew did an amazing job of replacing a 120-foot stairway that extends from my house to a greenhouse at the top of the property. Before we penned an estimate, Luis accompanied me on many shopping excursions to select just the “right” materials for the stairs and a new deck. He helped me with the design phase and was genuinely concerned that I would be happy with how the project would turn out. We reviewed the schematics several times, enabling me to understand how the stairs would be built, and how the job was to be done. His crew worked continuously for over a month building my dream stairs and deck. As soon as they finished, we had heavy rain which forced an inch of mud to accumulate on a couple of my new stairs. I was horrified. Luis came the next day to give me an estimate to build up my retaining wall and the day after the crew started building it. The retaining wall protects the soil on my property and gives the stairs a more finished look. I get nothing but compliments on the work that was done, even from other professionals. I am incredibly happy with the professionalism, skill and hard work Luis and his crew exhibited during the projects they have completed for me and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Luis and his crew worked efficiently to build a retaining wall that looks great. He also installed a new drain to address our concerns about water pooling near the house. His high quality workmanship impressed us.

Luis poured a footer and foundation wall for part of my house in Kent. He tied it into the rest of the house's block wall seamlessly. In completing the work, he did exactly what he said he would when he gave me the quote. It was a 20" thick footer, 10" thick wall. He drilled into ledge and added vertical rebar, and laid rebar horizontally throughout the footer and wall as well. He was there for the entire project and was doing the work alongside his team which made me confident that someone was supervising the job. His price was fair based on other quotes I got from competitors. He is very friendly and seems to take pride in his work. I am happy with how the job turned out. Thank you again Luis. - Mike
