Lumber Liquidators

Don’t fall for the marketing hype from the newly resurrected Lumber Liquidators (they are tied up with Bed Bath & Beyond now). I bought their CLX Meribel Elm 5mm vinyl flooring back in 2020. It was pitched as a "luxury" option meant to last, and the invoice literally says "Lifetime Warranty" right under the product description. Fast forward 6 years later, and the floor is completely falling apart under normal daily use. It's thin, cheap, and garbage quality. When I tried to actually use that lifetime warranty, they basically told me too bad. The company used a bankruptcy filing to legally wipe out all their promises to past customers, and then the original founder bought the brand assets back to keep selling the same stuff to new people under the same name. They kept the name, they kept the stores, but they threw away any responsibility for the products they sold. If they won't honor the warranties on the floors that failed, they don't deserve a single dime of your money. Go somewhere else.

Phenomenal customer service by Rav. From the moment we walked in the store he was professional, informative and listened to my needs for my project. 10/10 experience

I had an amazing experience at Lumber Liquidators! I wanted to change my kitchen floor for years. However, after going to “the Depot“ and another big box store, I could never find the Customer Service. I have been looking for. Then I went to Lumber Liquidators, and met Chris. That was the beginning of a great experience with customer service that I thought no longer existed. Chris was absolutely amazing! His patience, knowledge, expertise, follow up was simply unmatched at many retailers today. Chris truly went above and beyond! I now have my new kitchen floor and couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re in the market for new floor coverings, please visit Chris at the Lumber Liquidators Yonkers location.

Kind friendly staff. I did two bedrooms and was more than happy with the product. Now I'm back because of the small lots to do accent walls.
