MP Masonry & Landscaping LLC.

This company was GREAT. They were very professional and you were able to tell that the owner, Michael, takes pride in his work. I had to have the whole back wall of my stucco house repaired due to checks. He was honest and warned me that when he redid the stucco it may not match the stucco on the rest of the house. The replaced stucco was PERFECT in respects to the rest of the house. His clean-up was immaculate and he returned my deck in the same condition it was in before he started the job. Least to say I would HIGHLT recommendation this company.

Miguel did a great job on my walkway. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommend for masonry work.

We are extremely happy with the masonry work that Miguel and his team (Manuel) did for us. We needed our front steps replaced since they were in poor condition, and Miguel came promptly and took a detailed look, and suggested how to make them solid and safe. He also gave us several suggestions for material (he even dropped off samples at our house for us to look at) and we chose granite. He was very communicative and responsive, and came when he said he would. His quote was very clear and descriptive. He wasn't the cheapest contractor, but he seemed to be the highest quality and attention to detail; we just felt more comfortable with him. The work proceeded exactly as described and on schedule, and it turned out looking fantastic (artistic even, we would say!). He also made a creative suggestion for a small drainage problem we had with heavy rain, and his idea worked great. He paid attention to the little details, which we appreciated. Overall, we are really happy and totally recommend him.

Miguel and his team at MP Masonry and Landscaping did a fantastic rebuilding our front porch, street steps, and repointing our walkway last Summer. I did what you do and called three different companies to get estimates, but when Miguel showed up, it was clear that he not only owned the company but also was hands on with doing the work. No estimator. No contractor subcontracting out a job. He's the guy. He had the fairest price, knows what he's talking about, was incredibly patient with us, and was able to get it all done in one week during normal work hours. And this was no small job. They essentially tore down the existing porch down to the original 100 year old brick stoop and rebuilt it with block and rebar reinforcement, cladding it in 2" stone and topped with flagstone . In addition to that, he rebuilt the 3 steps to the street and repointed the walkway. We finally got the custom aluminum railing installed today and it looks fantastic! I can't recommend MP masonry and landscaping and I plan to call MP Masonry and Landscaping for all my hardscape projects. Thank you, Miguel for helping to make our home beautiful.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Miguel and his crew! The transformation of my backyard was enormous, and done at a reasonable cost. It started with the idea to improve my patio, which was an eyesore and unusable, but expanded to include other problematic areas. I appreciated Miguel's great ideas, which saved me money, but meant a lot of hard work on his part. I heard from him quickly after I reached out. He came to the house the next day and followed up with an estimate that evening. The project started earlier than expected, too, and didn't take long to complete. Part of the project included fixing my front walkway where pavers had sunk creating a trip hazard, and a piece of bluestone was coming loose. Now that's as good as new, and safe. I'm attaching photos of the backyard after a rain gave everything a nice wash. I'm looking forward to some grass coming in and getting new outdoor furniture so we finally can entertain in style.
