Nelson S. Construction, LLC

Professional in every way. Polite and kind group of skilled workers. Highly recommended Nelson S. Construction.

Nelson is a fantastic builder, general contractor and problem solver. He did a superb job renovating and extending our home. The work was of extremely high quality at a good price. He and his team are also lovely people to deal with. We couldn’t be happier!

Nelson and his team added an additional level to my home and in the process we did a full gut job on the remainder, including a full kitchen remodel, multiple bedrooms, laundry room, etc. His project came in on budget and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He would often recommend efficiencies, or alternate approaches, but wouldn’t force any on you which we appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Nelson and his team, along with their trusted cabinetmakers, have transformed our 1880 Victorian home! We worked together on a full renovation with two additions. Nelson worked closely with our architect, understood our vision, came up with creative solutions to preserve the character of the home while incorporating modern touches, and supported us as we worked with multiple people and companies. Nelson and the team were very meticulous, careful, respectful, and patient. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

We have been working with Nelson since 2019 on numerous projects. His firm has completed a number of projects on our home over the past six years, specifically a major kitchen and bedroom addition (including three new bathrooms, a laundry room, mudroom and an elevator), renovation of existing spaces, window replacement, outdoor kitchen, deck replacement and expansion. Nelson is a pleasure to work with, has always been responsive to our requests and can be relied upon to get the job done with a focus on high quality results. Nelson's prices are fair, and he has never surprised us with unexpected charges for "change orders." His men are very easy to work with and routinely clean up their work space before leaving for the day. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Nelson and give him and his firm the highest rating possible.
