New Beginnings Window and Door

We had the most incredible experience with New Beginnings Window & Door from start to finish. Their installers literally just left our house, and I’m already sitting down to write this review because we are that happy. From our very first phone call, we immediately felt comfortable with this company. We received quotes from basically all of the big-name window companies, and New Beginnings stood out from every single one. There was never a sales pitch, never any pressure, and never that feeling that someone was trying to convince us to buy something. One of the things we appreciated most is that they offer many different brands and types of windows. Instead of selling one particular window and telling you it’s “the best” because it’s the only product they carry, they actually help you find what is best for YOUR home, needs, and budget. There was absolutely no pressure toward one option or another, which gave us so much confidence in our decision. We also visited their showroom in Wappingers Falls, where we were able to actually open, close, compare, and try the different windows ourselves. That made such a difference! It’s one thing to have someone tell you how a window is going to look and function in your home, but being able to experience the different options firsthand really helped us know exactly what we wanted. Every interaction throughout the process was wonderful. When they came to measure, they were personable, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and again, never pushy. They also offer a great payment plan, which was another huge plus. And then came the installation! Nick and Justin were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly clean, meticulous, professional, and treated our home as if it were their own. The quality of their work really shows, and the finished installation looks AMAZING. Our house genuinely feels transformed for the better, and we could not be happier that we chose New Beginnings. It’s rare to have an experience with a company where you feel this good about the entire process, from the very first conversation all the way through installation. We would recommend New Beginnings Window & Door without hesitation to anyone looking for new windows or doors. An absolutely wonderful local company, an amazing team, and a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We are SO happy with our new windows!

My experience with New Beginnings has been great from the start, from the Sales person Steve, who did not use any sales pressure but guided me to the best choice and Chantal who made the set up billing, the tax information nice and clear and she set up an appt that was a perfect day for me. Also the installers Nick, Justin and Reilly were great neat, clean and all very professional. I have recommended this whole staff to all my neighbors and friends. The experience was great and very good. Now i look forward to winter with better insulated windows! Yay!

We were very pleased, starting with the initial meeting with Chris to the installation by Nick and his crew.

We are so thrilled with the work that New Beginnings came out and did for us yesterday. We needed a new sliding door from our kitchen to our deck. They were professional, prompt and very accommodating. Their communication was impeccable, and they performed the work so quickly! Highly recommend this local, family-owned business! You will not regret the decision to hire them! Thank you so much for your help!
