Kristian and the team were on the job early and often. They worked hard to ensure that the job got done so we were able to move in on time. Highly recommend!

Very sloppy work, would not recommend to anyone. Heirloom damaged. Display piece smashed to smithereens. Floor tiles, bathroom saddle, and vinyl flooring cut with unsightly and jagged gaps that were just filled with caulk or not at all. Gunk was left under the vessel sink installation. The shelves and towel bar weren’t installed level. The electrical outlet was installed crookedly. The backsplash side is slanted as well. The vanity light was installed too close to the mirror, necessitating the swap for shorter lightbulb shades. The curtain rod was installed upside down. The shower tiles were not sealed properly. I also was not allowed to use the schluter color I selected as the best fit, as it would take 3 days to arrive, and so now have a schluter that anyone can see in person doesn’t match. Meanwhile, my radiator was removed despite writing not to do so, but he wanted a slim profile radiator, and I was forced to wait weeks for a replacement, as he kept selecting radiators that fit his vision but did not fit my apartment. Some things he fixed, some I paid to have someone else fix (like adding baseboard to hid some of the poor tile cuts, removing the gunk under the sink since the contractor said he couldn't do anything, etc. spent hundreds on this), some things I fixed myself and other things I'll unfortunately just have to live with. But that shouldn't be the case when you're paying over 20k for a 35 sq ft bathroom reno. The contractor also refused to schedule final inspections if I didn’t give him final installment money before said inspections passed. He also threatened to put a lien on me. But my agreement said the project had to be completed for the final payment, and my town doesn’t issue certificates of completion until inspections are passed and the permits closed. So I had to report him to Westchester Consumer Protection. That got him to schedule inspections. Overall, awful experience. Between the poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend him to anyone. -------- My response (this will be final) to the contractor's reply: Every photo in my review shows work that had been initially presented to me as finished, with the sole exception of the misaligned shower arm hole (for which I purchased the escutcheon cover myself). I also did not include every workmanship issue that I documented. I understand that construction projects often involve subcontractors, but I expected the general contractor to identify and correct issues before presenting the work as finished. In my experience, I was often the one pointing out workmanship concerns that I believed should have been addressed already. When I hired others, it was to address work that I was told could not be corrected, repairs that had not been addressed despite the passage of time, or correctives issues that I was no longer comfortable relying on the contractor to perform. Westchester County Consumer Protection was presented with email from the town building department regarding outstanding permit and inspection items, contractor text message exchanges, and my own payment history. I understand that other homeowners may have had different experiences. This review reflects my experience, and I stand by it.

Kristian and his team were recommended to us by our real estate agent for a bathroom renovation, and from the moment the project began, we were impressed by their attention to detail and dedication. Kristian was highly attentive throughout the process, accommodating change orders and working closely with us to ensure every aspect aligned with our vision. Based on our experience with the bathroom, we confidently expanded the scope of work to include painting the entire apartment, building custom bookshelves, and enhancing our kitchen with a new backsplash and countertops. The results exceeded our expectations in every way. We are truly grateful for the precision, professionalism, and care that went into transforming our space. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship and a team that genuinely takes pride in their work.

Kristian and his team are true professionals and incredibly skilled craftsmen. They worked thoughtfully within my budget without ever compromising on quality, which is rare to find. Beyond their workmanship, they were consistently kind, trustworthy, and patient throughout the entire process. Renovations can be stressful, but they made the experience smooth and manageable from start to finish. Highly recommend—an easy 5-star experience.
