Orange County Pools & Spas

I decided to take my 21 year old above ground pool down. I purchased it from Orange County Pools in 2005. They installed it as well. After draining it and taking it down I realized it could have gone another 10 years. Very little rust. Original liner. They do a great job. Great advice and service for the life of our pool. Sad day taking it down but we got our money’s worth over the years. They are a great family run business.

We recently purchased a spa from Orange County Pools & Spas and we were very pleased to have Meaghan help us with our purchase. The three of us each had different needs for the new spa and she helped us pick the perfect spa to fulfill all our needs. During this process she was very friendly and patient with us and answered all of our questions. She also responded very quickly to all my emails and texts. The entire purchasing experience was very pleasant thanks to Meaghan. She is highly recommended. Also thanks to Jim for providing us with an amazing deal. We're looking forward to relaxing in our new spa.

Recent customer, we had been shopping around for our first hot tub. The minute we walked into Orange County Polls & Spas we were greeted by Jordan who was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan took her time to explain each model and features with out any high pressure sales pitches. When we did narrow our choices she was even able to negotiate a really great deal for us. After purchasing Jordan and her team were extremely patient as the deck around hot tub still needed to be built and we couldn't take delivery for a few months. Once everything was prepared delivery was on time and delivery team did great job placing a very heavy hot tub exactly were it was needed. Would definitely recommend Orange County Pools & Spas for your next purchase.

We just bought a pool and hot tub from Orange County Pool & Spas, and Meghan made the entire process so comfortable and stress‑free. She explained everything clearly, never rushed us, and was always quick to return our calls. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made us feel confident and supported throughout the whole purchase. Meghan is truly wonderful to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our pool, hot tub, or the service we received!
