Organic Pest Control

Called Rest Easy Pest control for organic pet safe roach treatment. I spoke with Ashley over the phone and set up an appointment—she was lovely, knowledgeable and kind and fit me in a couple days from when I called. Unfortunately the technician that day arrived slightly (15 minutes) before the start of the arrival window and left when they didn’t hear from me right away—it was also my fault because I should have had my phone on. But I walked down the hall from the bathroom to buzz whoever it was into the building but by the time I got there (within a minute) the person who had buzzed had left (there is a door cam). When I realized it was the pest control tech arrived early I called the number they had used to contact me and left messages and then later into the time window called Rest Easy main line and spoke with a AI assistant and after a bit a human called me back and told me the technician could not return that day but was able to get me in the following week. (The miscommunication plus not wanting to speak to AI cumulatively why I docked a star otherwise it would have been five stars. Besides AI being impersonal and unable to resolve my issue I’d hope an organic branded company would care about the environmental impacts of AI). Today Raphael came today to treat the place. He was incredible and did a very thorough job. He inspected the whole kitchen closely until he found where the roaches were hiding and put out spray, growth inhibitor gel bait and monitors. He also checked my bathroom and living room for me even though there has been less roach activity there. He was very conscientious and careful to put all treatments in cat proof locations.

I have been using this company for about 1 1/2 years due to a minor roach problem in my apartment. After just a couple of months, we stopped seeing any little pests. All of the exterminators that serviced us throughout the 1 1/2 years have been wonderful. Catherine has been particularly wonderful. She has been our regular technician for the past 4 months. She is incredibly friendly and thorough.

Julio is Very polite, efficient and thorough. We really appreciate his help!
