Pelham Lumber & Mason Supply Company Inc.

Very knowledgeable staff. Juan thanks for your due diligence in the specific material request we had for our project. Keep up the great work!

I wish to let the public know about the level of professionalism exhibited by Pelham Lumber & Mason Supply Company. I have used them for several projects over the years and they haven’t disappointed. They offer broad inventory like major Home Improvement stores with personal “neighborhood store” customer service. Juan in particular went above and beyond to help me with my projects and ensured I was getting the products I was looking for at a fair competitive price. I would highly recommend taking your home improvement needs to this establishment; they won’t disappoint!

The guys at Pelham Lumber know exactly what they’re talking about. They know the ins and outs of the materials they’re helping you with. There’s always someone available at the counter to take a call or see to you personally. If you need anything construction-wise, these are the guys to talk to!

After careful consideration, I decided to share my experience. I visited Pelham Lumber looking for a specific material and was assisted by a salesperson identified as Leo. I was informed that the exact item was not available and could only be ordered, with no return option. I explained that I needed something as close as possible to the original, given the cost involved. At that point, the tone of the interaction changed. The salesperson became dismissive and stated that it was not his responsibility to help find alternatives, suggesting that I should look elsewhere. At no time was I disrespectful. I remained calm and courteous, but the service I received was clearly unprofessional, with visible signs of stress and a lack of willingness to assist. I understand that not every product will be available, but a respectful and helpful attitude should be the standard. I am sharing this feedback constructively, in hopes that the store can improve its customer service experience.

Went in today and was very happy with the service. I had a particular list of wood/cuts that would annoy anyone and they were very patient with me and handled my requests with care. Much appreciated!
