Tom advertising in our church bulletin, so last year i gave him a call to look at my a/c unit. Tom suggested moving my upstairs return vent into the ceiling. Made sense to me. I asked him for a "ballpark figure" and he stated "...$1,100- $1,200. He told me to call in early spring 2026. In April, I texted him on 3 occasions. Each time he had some reason why he couldn't respond or set up a future appointment. Finally my wife was able to get a response from him. He would send someone to look at the job. A worker came to the house and looked. After two weeks of no response on a price, my wife contacted him a again. His response finally came. $2,400.00. I realize that cost have risen; however, not double. I was very impressed with Tom a year ago. Word to the wise he's a nice guy but not reliable.

Very professional service with quick response time and fair pricing. They clearly explained the issue with my furnace and even went the extra mile by showing us how to better maintain and preserve our system. Super reliable and fast response time. Had an emergency today and Tom came same day and fixed my boiler issue in less than hour. Also use them for yearly mtnc at very fare pricing.

Boiler needed a new circulator pump. Tom showed up almost immediately, had the right part, fixed it quickly and correctly, and couldn’t have been nicer. Fair, straightforward pricing. We’re new homeowners in the area and will certainly be using Peters Heating & Cooling when we need them!

So lucky to have Tom repair our heating and hot water during this weeks blizzard. He identified and solved in hour an issue another company spent a day diagnosing incorrectly. We will be using Peter’s heating going forward for service and repair. Thank you again Tom and Pat!
