Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

I had a wonderful experience having my garage door serviced. He was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and he did a great job. I really appreciated his kindness and the care he put into his work. I would happily recommend him to anyone needing garage door service!

Very reliable and easy to work with

Jeffrey came on time, fully explained the problem and gave us several possible solutions. He was very friendly,,respectful and courteous. He fixed the garage door and it works perfectly now! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

The technician, David, let me know when he would arrive for consultation and was prompt. He went over diferent scenarios. Showed me three different options and once I chose one, he went right to work and performed the repair and all works perfectly.

In 2020, we got great and predictable service from Roberto Z and Precision in installing a new garage door opener. I had ordered service from a national retailer of hardware and home services and after two failed attempts at getting this service provider to fulfill their commitment, I gave up, got a refund, and contacted Precision instead. The experience convinced me that I should have simply called Precision first. Highly recommended. In 2026, Luis from Precision did an amazing job replacing all hardware on existing door. (Opener from 2020 still great.) Whole system now works like new - quieter tracks and preserved existing high quality original door. Two great experiences years apart tells me this is a very well run well staffed company.
