Top notch service and repair! They quickly diagnosed the issues with HVAC unit and gave me the information I needed to make the best choice for completing the repairs at a fair price. Plus, they identified potential issues and short comings with my other older units and recommend some great options, I never realized how much more efficient a new heat pump system could be! These guys installed an HVAC in our house before we purchased it. A part went bad. Unit had a 5-year warranty but these guys probably did not tell the prior owners that they needed to register the unit. Premier installed the unit and it hasn't moved since it installation, so registration is a technicality that company's like this use to get out of fixing their faulty equipment. If you got anything from these guys, make sure you register it, because they will weasel their way out of honoring your warranty if you don't. Moreover, there are arrangements between this company, the distributor of the HVAC equipment, and the manufacturer. As such, Premier also tried to claim that the warranty was voided merely because another licensed HVAC technician that didn't originally install the equipment diagnosed the problem. Whole thing screams of antitrust violations.
