Prime Home Improvement were a pleasure to work with. We needed a closet built as well as our basement painted. The work was meticulous as well as the clean up! Definitely would recommend 😊

Very unprofessional behavior from someone representing this company. Based on that alone, I would not trust them with any work. Management should seriously look into how their employees conduct themselves in public.

Used them based on referrals from my neighbors and HOA and pressure to have this job completed before winter. They had me sign a contract in September, didn’t start until Halloween. I was told the job would take 3 weeks start to finish. They don’t answer communication and when you do hear from them, they are aggressive. They threaten that work won’t be completed until invoices were paid and tried to charge me over the contracted price. The job was paid in full and every invoice paid same day as received. They sent me an affidavit to sign for the town stating that work is complete to receive my CO. It’s April 15th and the work still isn’t done. It’s bad enough the job isn’t done but they are some of the nastiest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Regret doing any kind of business with them. If this is how they treat their customers I can’t imagine how abusive they are to their employees.

Very entitled people. No respect for the rest of the world cause they think they own it.
