Prime Pest Control Croton On Hudson

I expected a straightforward visit, and that's what it was; the technician spent about an hour diligently checking entry points and set up bait stations in the garage and basement. The issue turned out to be ants nesting near the foundation, which matched my own research.👌🏻

Quick and thorough termite inspection.👌

After an initial inspection from another provider left us unsure, I brought in this company for a second opinion, and their technician identified the ant nests within about 30 minutes using moisture meters and thermal imaging. They explained the issue clearly and provided a treatment plan that seemed more thorough than the first assessment we received.

Unlike the prior firm, this expert extensively checked probable access ways and installed traps in strategic spots, then came back again to make sure the rats were gone. It took him around two hours the first time but he was quite clear in his communication and that gave me trust in his approach.

I’ve had bed bugs before so I knew it was going to be a long process—but this time the exterminator was done in about three hours and came back two days later to make sure there were no remaining concerns. That previous treatment from another company missed some critical spots, which I thoroughly took care of, he said.
