Proflow Plumbing and Heating Corp.

John installed a heat pump hot water heater and a geothermal unit. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of the work was excellent.

Long overdue review (probably because I didn’t wish to spill the secret about just how competent and diligent he is 🤣); but suffice to say, for the record, John is a professional plumbing and gas gem! From installing my Toto toilet to doing the plumbing rough-in for my shower room and new washer dryer to installing laundry boxes to checking my sump pump is in order, this man knows it all and gets on with his business without idling or racking up billable hours. And his wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience is remarkable. Sure, you can hire a handyman that claims to “know” plumbing, but when you see John at work with his magic toolbox, you truly understand the value of the security and comfort that comes from hiring a licensed pro that knows code and will guarantee his worksmanship. Aside from his strong work ethic he is genuinely nice and respectable and always willing to listen to concerns/ offer advice. If my husband was ok with it, I’d have John on an annual retainer for my household, no question!

Replaced my hot water heater, added expansion tank, replaced PRV, added a recirculation pump with aqua stat. Very clean work. John is an artist.

I can't recommend John enough! He's been my go-to plumber for multiple properties, and he's always incredibly responsive and does great work. It's a huge relief knowing I can always count on him.
