I have to really give a big shout out to DPW worker Flo, after waiting all day for a city plow, we waved down a city truck n even thou it wasn’t his route he saw how frustrated myself n a few of my neighbors were he came to the rescue. He did an amazing job clearing the street even removing snow that was left by the previous storm. U really made myself n my neighbors very happy. We appreciate u so much u don’t understand. Thank u again from the Old Bay Street neighborhood. ❤️❤️

Massive tree fell onto our house and car, Greg (superstar foreman) and his crew got together on a Saturday morning in a heat wave to get it removed. He even showed up on Monday to check on the house, make sure all the debris was taken away that we cleaned up on Sunday, and to see how things were progressing with getting power restored. A+ all the way.
