Putnam Windows Inc.

We have had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Janet at Putnam Windows for more than 23 years. Throughout that time, their team has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Their installers, Phil and John, take great pride in their work and are truly meticulous in every aspect of the installation process. Just as importantly, they are people of the highest integrity. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Putnam Windows to anyone seeking quality workmanship and outstanding service.

Tyler, Phil, John & Janet are some of the loveliest people you will interact with in a home renovation. We have had multiple experiences with them - from shower glass and exterior window replacements and even run of the mill screen replacements. Each transaction has ranged from easy-peasy to beyond my expectation. Tyler has seen it all: high and low renovations and he is happy to share his expertise so that it fits what you need. There is no over-selling, but also no underselling for a cheap bid, leaving you wishing you went with a different product. The work team - Phil & John are on time, respectful, & neat. In our experience, they definitely went above and beyond to make our project turn out the way we wanted. Janet in the office keeps the schedule, knows all the answers and is a pleasure as well. We have another project coming up and I wouldn’t even consider going with another company. These guys just get it right the first time.

My wife and I have used Putnam Windows multiple times and they are the only company we would ever use. They are a family run business and they treat their customers like they are family. They are fairly priced and their service and craftsmanship is top notch. 5 stars isn’t enough, I can not say enough good things about them!!!!!!

The entire team at Putnam Windows is incredibly professional. Tyler did a fantastic job of describing the options and the benefits of the windows and door we selected. He also did the on-site visit to take the measurements and discuss further project details. Janet was helpful in walking us through the contracts and working with the Town of Poughkeepsie building department to get the permit paperwork filled out. Phil and John did a terrific job with the installation and clean-up. I highly recommend Putnam Windows. This is the 3rd job that they have done at my home and I am thrilled with the outcome of all of their work. As they say, you get what you pay for and this team delivers!
