Quest Solar never closed the electrical permit on my property that I only found out later during the sale. This caused money to be stuck in escrow. Upon contact with the company they assigned their in house expediter Francesca Cosci. It has been over a year, she is not responding to phonecalls, emails, or texts. I still have no resolution or even a timeline. Apparently at some point it came up that the plans Quest filed with department of buildings differed from what actually got installed on my property. I also reached out to the electrician who's license my permit is opened under, and he acted like he knew nothing about quest solar or my property that has a permit under his license number on DOB. He blatantly suggested I contact a construction attorney.
