Rain King Waterproofing - Rye, NY

After all this recent heavy rainfall, we started to get water in our basement. Frank set up an appointment right away and gave us an estimate on the spot. We appreciated his honesty about our situation and experienced recommendation. Not only was the estimate fair, he and his team did an amazing job. They did a precise, clean, and professional installation of a French drain and sump pump, and even replaced the drywall that had been removed. The part of the process that was most impressive was that Frank said the job would take a week and it truly did! We enjoyed working with Frank and Israel and would definitely recommend his company.

Frank was quick to respond to my initial request, came out the next day, gave an estimate and then had his team starting within a week. Our basement had holes next pipes and it typically let water in during flash floods. Luckily it got finished just before the next nor'easter came that same night.... and the basement stayed dry! So overall, quick, good service, quality and a nice guy!

Rainking came in and saved the day! During a flash flood, had ground water intrusion - being in a new-to-me home, was not expecting to go into my mechanical room and see a swimming pool! Did some digging on google and found Rainking. Frank was punctual for initial consult and knew exactly what needed to be done. A week later we broke ground and had a french drain installed. Trust the process. Frank and his team worked efficiently and neatly. You cannot even tell work was done! Sign of a great team. I cannot recommend them enough. Basement is bone dry.

I called to schedule an assessment and was booked for the next day with Frank. He gave me a time window and even confirmed that morning — then never showed up. I called, texted, and left a voicemail with zero response. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. If you value your time, skip this company. I’d recommend Connecticut Basement Systems or United Waterproofing instead — companies that actually respect your schedule.

Frank and Israel arrived next day for an estimate and started work quickly after. They installed a French drain and sump pump that stopped water infiltration in our basement. They also partially excavated our crawl space and installed a vapor barrier. They gave us a great price and did quality work. I would definitely recommend.
