Riemer & Sons Contracting LLC

Excellent company, honest and fair with pricing. My bathroom and adding a room in my mobile home was done. This company has never worked on a mobile home and I was the first. The men that worked in my home did a phenomenal job. Daniel gave me an estimate of two weeks to be completed and when I say this was no lie, a bathroom and adding a bedroom was done in that time frame. I’m really lucky that I came in contact with this gentleman, not many contractors are as honest and reliable as Daniel and his boys. I recommend these men ti help you, remodel your home Keshia devito

Very professional and buttoned-up. They did a great job from start to finish: a detailed estimate, full insurance, expert workmanship, on schedule, and fair rates. Most importantly, they didn't vanish mid-job!

I am so glad that we found Dan and his crew on Angie's List. We had what we thought and impossible garage conversion to an art studio due to a terribly cracked and uneven cement floor and a lot of bad DIY from the previous owner to deal with. Dan contacted us right away, gave us a timely, detailed and fair estimate for all of the work that his crew would do. Their work has been outstanding. I highly recommend Riemer Contracting and look forward to working with Dan and his crew on our next project!

Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review about Riemer’s work and behaviors. Overall, the experience working with them could be worthy of a show named “renovation from hell”. I hired Dan Riemer for a medium size project that included: creating a laundry room, adding a bathroom, removing a cumbersome circular staircase to create a comfortable stairwell as well as demolishing an old deck to build a new one. Dan took the project pledging that it would take 2-3 months and committing to have 2 working teams on the project. It went well for the initial 2 months, while demolition and hard construction just started. After this, it just became a nightmare. They did not show up for weeks at a time and construction got delayed beyond imagination. False promises were made over and over about the work being completed, but nothing got accomplished. After 6 months and hard construction not being completed on a single item of the project, I decided to terminate this madness. Obviously, I requested to get some money back for the work that was paid and not executed – They are now just ignoring any attempt to communicate, and I have not seen a single $ back. The construction is of poor quality as attested by the photos attached to this review. New deck mounted on rotten wood. Twisted dryer exhaust vent, making in prone to fire, wrong electrical wiring, water pipes on outside wall without insulation. We have to redo everything they touched. They were also incapable of figure out how to install radiators… they damaged them, lost the brackets included with them, so we had to purchase new ones. I highly recommend you staying away from Riemer construction and would be happy to give details to anyone seeking more information on this review.
