Roadrunner Garage Door Repair

Thought i was going to get quick service. They never showed up and when i called to verify, the gentleman that answered said he waa going to reach out to the tech and have them reach out to me as i was on the schedule for the day. Well, the tech never reached out and the high reviews for this company is questionable.

Warning: do not call these people. I called Roadrunner because one of the lift cables on my garage door snapped, leaving the door partially open and unable to be used safely, and they're a local company (we try and use local whenever possible). They told me they would send a technician between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. When no one showed up, I called back and was told the technician would contact me directly. That never happened. After that, every time I tried calling the company, my calls were disconnected. I never received a courtesy call, an update, or an explanation. I understand, especially given the proximity to the holiday, if they're running behind or can't make the appointment, but a simple phone call would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left waiting with no information, and it was very clear that I was just being ghosted. Not a very good way to get/keep business.

Let me start by telling you that Roadrunner is the most professional overhead doors company in Mount Kisco. And here is why: Our house LiftMaster automatic garage door opener started having issues. Couldn't get it to do its thing, opening and closing the garage door. Did a quick Google search, gave Roadrunner a call. I thought it was going to be another ordeal but I was wrong! They answered right away, had time the same day to evaluate and fix the poor LiftMaster. Now all is done, and my garage door opens and closes automatically like new. Not that I want my doors and gates to break again but if they do - I am gonna call the guys from Roadrunner!

The technician explained exactly what was wrong and gave me options before doing anything. That transparency is why I’ll use them again. No pressure, no surprises — just solid work.

I accidentally backed into my garage door and thought I’d need a full replacement. Thankfully, they were able to repair the panels and save me hundreds. Super responsive and clearly very experienced
