Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We came home late after work and discovered a leaking sewage pipe in the basement. It was awful. Called our plumber and he recommended Roto Rooter. They were there in two hours and worked straight through till 2 AM and fixed the problem. The next day the Roto Rooter clean up crew came in and worked for hours and did a great job. My wife was delighted. Two things...Roto Rooter is good but they aren't cheap. But they are really good. The other thing is I'm bombed with emails I don't entirely understand, and no one answers the customer service phone. But everything is in the hands of the insurance company right now. Besides that, I highly recommend Roto Rooter

Simon was excellent. He used the auger & checked my sewage tank, which was filled with sludge. He stayed until everything was working perfectly. He was also very kind & explained everything he was doing. Lori

Alex from roto rooter was fabulous, so helpful and sweet and efficient, zero complaints!

Kevin was outstanding! He fixed a problem that I had. Came on time and stayed until the job was completed! Highly recommend his service.

Prompt, efficient, great overall!
