RPL Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning

RPL Plumbing and Heating – Still Exceptional a Year Later! I wanted to update my review from last year because RPL Plumbing and Heating continues to provide truly exceptional service. On October 14, 2026, Walter and his helper came out to perform a plumbing inspection and also took care of a few issues that needed attention. Once again, the experience was excellent. Walter is truly amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and takes real pride in his work. He explains things clearly, makes sure everything is properly addressed, and consistently provides the kind of service that gives you confidence the job is being done right. It says a lot when you can come back a year later and still speak just as highly of a company and its team. Walter continues to be outstanding, and RPL continues to earn my trust. If you are looking for a plumbing and heating company that is reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend RPL Plumbing and Heating. Walter, thank you again for another outstanding experience!

They were very responsive and quick. In the same day I called I got my water heater replaced. Walter was great, he made things smooth and easy for us

Had to have outside fan motor portion of air conditioner serviced/replaced. Serviceman Walter explained problem and recommendation thoroughly. Asked questions and answered questions professionally.

Whatever you do, stay away from RPL Plumbing and Heating. I’m very disappointed in the HVAC work that they did for me. Owner is rude and unprofessional. Responding to owner… I have requested many services from vendors over the decades and if a new installation was against code, they told me. Never have I had a professional say “Ok” and do an installation that was in violation of the current building codes. And your defense is, as you state below, “Well, you told us to place it there”. The existing heater was installed many years ago and grandfathered in under the old building codes. The inspector told us that it needed to be moved. You refused to do so without more money. I’m sorry that you don’t understand this.
