RV Handyman

Our RV had particle board cabinet fronts in the kitchen (of course!), which had started swelling and the vinyl coating was peeling. Bruce came in an replaced the cabinet fronts - without removing the countertop & without damaging the LED lighting which ran under the lip of the top! In addition, I had him replace particle board facings (that had also swelled) in a number of places including the bathroom & bedroom. Amazing the crappy quality of RVs - would have cost the same with the same weight to use finished plywood instead of vinyl-coated particle board ... but I digress. I was not sure he would be able to pull it off (especially the under-counter LED lighting) but he did. Will be using him again on another project soon. Highly recommended!

Bruce was very responsive and came right to my site at Interlake RV Park. He was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water but didn't have the part to completely repair it. The following week he came to my home in Ulster County and finished the job. I highly recommend Bruce for any of your RV problems. He'll get right back to you and set a plan to resolve whatever issues you're having.

We had a propane leak and a water pump problem. He fixed the water pump but the propane leak wasn't fixed and we lost a full tank of gas. Bruce made a second call to our site over the gas issue. He found a leak underneath the trailer hitch. He went and had a new hose made to replace the defective hose. He also had the tank of gas that had been wasted filled at his expense. Thank you for going way out of your way to help us

Bruce did an amazing job installing our slide covers and roof vent covers. He was prompt, had excellent communication skills, got the work done when promised and was competitively priced. I called the local RV dealership to get an idea how long it would take to get slide covers installed on our new unit and vent covers before heading out West on a long trip. They could not give me an exact answer and I was convinced they were over booked and short staffed. I googled local RV tech and it gave me Bruce’s contact info. I called, explained the situation. He said, “let me come measure and check availability on your parts. If the parts are available, I can squeeze you in. He came, measured and left. He contacted me the next day with a price and let me know he would have my parts in 24 hours. 2 days later he contacted me, let me know he could come out later that afternoon and should be able to complete the job in under two days. He came, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He installed three slide covers and two vent covers on the roof. Completed the work as promised and we could not be happier with his work. Highly recommend!!!
