Sensible Choice Contracting Services

Our home sustained significant smoke damage from a fire in a neighboring unit in our high-rise building. After weeks of little progress with another remediation company, our claims adjuster recommended Sensible Choice, and we're so glad they did. From the very beginning, the Sensible Choice team responded immediately, addressed our needs thoroughly, and kept the process moving forward. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and truly appreciate the care and dedication the team showed throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend Sensible Choice to anyone in need of restoration services.

Sensible Choice really helped me get my apartment back in order after terrible water damage from the unit above me. I really appreciated their understanding, kindness and efficiency. I definitely would trust them with any future issues. They went above and beyond to make my place look better than ever! Major thanks to Ferris, Kelvin and James!

When our floors and walls were damaged by flooding, our homeowner's insurance dispatched Sensible Choice. They worked quickly, efficiently, and communicated with us regularly throughout the process. Sensible Choice let us pick out our new flooring and tiles and they installed them right away. They worked directly with our insurance so it was all extremely simple.

They were professional, friendly and helpful. Completed emergency work quickly. They did a great job!

I can’t say enough good things about Sensible Choice! From the moment I called, their customer service team made a stressful damage situation feel manageable and under control. Ferris and Julienne were absolute stars — warm, professional, and explained what was going to be done, and what to expect every step of the way. They answered all my questions with patience , helped coordinate everything smoothly, which was refreshing given that some companies get annoyed just by you asking a question these days! The contractors came out to look at the water damage super quickly and clearly knew what they were doing. If you’re dealing with damage on your home, I highly recommend them — and be sure to ask for Ferris and Julienne if you can. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference!
