2 years ago I had John Tremblay stop by to quote a possible heat pump install. We had a good discussion, and the quote was fair, but in the end I decided not to invest in the heat pump, it was going to be a big project and I decided the investment wasn't worth it. I already have an efficient (23 year old) EK System 2000 heating system. John mentioned that they could service that for me if I ever needed it. Recently, that system developed a minor issue that needed service, so I decided to give Sigma-Tremblay a call. The person who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we discussed the symptoms over the phone. She set me up with an appointment, then called back after checking with one of their techs, who confirmed what the likely issue was. They sent out a tech with the parts it might need, and arrived close to the scheduled time. The tech was also helpful, and confirmed the diagnosis, and completed the repair quickly, at a reasonable and fair price. I was very satisfied with the service, both with the office, and the tech who made the repair. If I ever decide to install that heat pump, I'll be back in touch. Thanks for doing a great job, and I'll also be back in touch for any future service.
