Signature Contracting of New York LLC

Tony and his team did an awesome job on our bathroom remodel and I am already hiring him for another job. Would highly recommend.

We just finished a kitchen / dining room renovation with Signature Contracting. They did a phenomenal job of transforming our space. The guys were meticulous and talented with their work. They are honest about the pricing and when inevitable obstacles occurred (through no fault of theirs), they worked with us to find creative solutions and did so with fairness and integrity. They were respectful of our home and family and kept everything organized and neat. They also brought ideas on design to the project which enhanced the final product. I give them the highest recommendation.

We hired SCNY & Tony as our General Contractor for a major renovation, and the results were excellent. The project included two full bathroom renovations and a complete first-floor gut and reconfiguration - including new subfloors, hardwood floors, a redesigned kitchen layout, built-ins, new windows, and doors. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the final product reflects the high level of craftsmanship from Tony’s team. His crew, especially Tony Sr. and William, were standouts - incredibly detail-oriented and committed to quality. Tony also collaborated with our vendors (kitchen, bath, architect) to ensure the execution aligned with the overall vision. We’re happy with the transformation of our home and appreciate the skill and care that went into bringing it to life. (Mar - Oct 2024)

Big thanks to Tony and his team. They do beautiful, functional work and are very flexible with doing whatever design you want, even in old homes. All fees are well communicated and documented, leaving no surprises. Very reasonable fees for the quality of work. We’re really glad we chose Signature Contracting.

Signature has been working with me for 4 years now. Every year they come back to do another job for me. The entire team is professional and meticulous.
