Simply Built Bathroom, Kitchen & Basement Remodeling

We had Simply Built add a bathroom to our basement, and what could have been a very challenging project ended up being an incredibly seamless experience. The project involved a door to the outside near our pool as well as access from inside the house, so there were a lot of details to coordinate. The communication was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced with a contractor. David handled everything end to end, kept us informed with weekly updates on progress and next steps, and I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening. He was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and, most importantly, very fair and honest about pricing. He would tell us when something was worth spending extra money on—and just as importantly, when it wasn’t. His entire team was professional, clean, respectful, and courteous. They were so considerate of our home that sometimes I honestly forgot they were even there. We couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom or with the experience. If you’re looking for a contractor who is trustworthy, communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, I highly recommend Simply Built. We would absolutely use them again!

Working with David and the Simply Built team was a fantastic experience from start to finish. David offered helpful suggestions during the process and went above and beyond to ensure the work we had done throughout our home was extremely high quality. Very grateful to find Simply Built when we did. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of renovations completed with an exceptional level of professionalism and care. Many thanks!

David and his team renovated our 30 year old powder room and we could not be happier with the final results. We had a wonderful and smooth experience. David is always available for questions and opinions. Nils who did the work was absolutely fantastic. Very respectful, reliable and easy to communicate with. The work was done fast and it was flawless. The best contractor we’ve worked with. We are so happy and thankful to have found an amazing and professional team!

David and the Simply Built team did an amazing job transforming our dated, poorly designed 50s era kitchen into a beautiful, modernized and functional space. David has a keen eye and understands current and classic design trends. He listened to what we were trying to achieve and was excellent at helping to improve and (as important) edit to make our vision a reality. Though small, our gut renovation was somewhat complex and involved cutting through what formerly was a block exterior wall to improve the flow of the room. Additionally, we requested some work that required skilled custom fabrication. From day one we felt comfortable and trusted the job would be done right. David was always honest, clear, available, communicative and patient. His pricing is fair. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and will gladly work with Simply Built for all of our projects going forward. I highly recommend this team.

I recently had 2 bathrooms remodeled by Simply Built and the result was great and we are very happy with it. David was involved and communicated with us throughout the process and his crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up daily. I highly recommend Simply Built for any remodeling job. I plan on having my kitchen remodel in the near future with them as well,
