Simply Cool Air LLC

I had an issue with my AC, and the technician did an excellent job troubleshooting and identifying the problem. Even though it was after hours, he went the extra mile to get the blower motor and came back to fix the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done properly. I really appreciate his dedication and willingness to help beyond normal working hours. The AC is working perfectly now. Great service and highly recommended!

Nermin from Simply Cool Air in Mohegan Lake was great! He responded to my call immediately after our AC unit broke down! He answered my questions, came over the same day to measure my AC and came back as soon as we were available to do it!!! His Nephew is a great addition to his team! Nermin is very knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and it was a pleasure to have a conversation with him! Our new AC unit is working great. Nermin provided the unit, removed the old one, and installed the new AC unit!

Great company. They came out to fix my AC mini split unit in Briarcliff Manor.

Simply Cool Air recently installed three mini splits in our 100 year old home. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable.Throughout the entire process they were always on time , worked hard and were very neat. They even took their shoes off whenever they came into the house. Thank you Simply Cool Air !

I feel grateful to call Simply Cool Air for second opinion about my AC. Nermin is a hard working and honest person. He diagnosed my AC unit throughly. At end , he found out that my AC was overcharged refrigerant that caused high pressure and turned off my AC unit. The price of repair and diagnosing fees are fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend Simply Cool Air to anyone who wants to repair AC unit and to has second opinion.
