John and team did incredible, thorough work at the highest standards of professionalism and positivity when replacing our sewer line. They worked efficiently without sacrificing quality and went the extra mile to ensure we had sewer service in the evenings even while the project was mid flight. They left the site spotless when finished, even taking the time to reseed the grass in a small patch that had to be removed for work to continue. My hats off to John and team—this is quality work that will likely outlive me.

John Tocco is AN ANGEL ON EARTH! We just bought a new house and found out that the basement floods every time it rains. Thank goodness we found him— he came as soon as we reached out to him to assess the house and what needed to be done, and was there with his team to fix it the next day. They dug down next to the foundation and waterproofed everything, installed a French drain and made sure everything was just as they left it once they were done. They finished so quickly, and even helped widen our driveway while they were here. This team was extremely professional and thorough. Can’t recommend them enough. They even leveled some pavers for us to fix a tripping hazard on our patio. I’m pretty sure they can do anything! The owner is so easy to talk to and did so much for us. I usually don’t write reviews, but after his work at our house I had to share! If you’re looking for quality work at your home, these are your guys!

We constantly were flooding in our basement when the rain was heavy. Called South Hill Group and spoke with John. He came right out to take a look at my property. Gave me a fair price and then came back to do the work. They needed to break up the concrete in my driveway, garage and patio in the back to fix the piping that went under my house which was where the water drained. He removed the old piping and put 2 new 4 inch pipes to a 6 inch pipe into yard that had 3 exit areas to spread the water. They completed all the work in 3 days and his guys were professional, super nice amd very hardworking. I was extremely happy with the work and outcome. I highly recommend them for any work on your house. First class business and very pleasant and personable which is nice.
