Tappan Z Home Improvement

I had a great experience working with Theo. He and his team were professional, communicative, and reliable. They had great attention to detail and really did an amazing job. It all exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Theo and his team to any family or friends looking for quality contractor work.

Was recommended Tappan Z Home Improvement from our structural engineer. We had a few repairs to mitigate water damage and penetration on our porch. The price was fair, the construction was done right and timely. We are sincerely happy with the work done and will definitely reach back out to Tappan Z for our next job.

I had a great experience working with this contractor ( Theo and his crew) from start to finish. They were professional, punctual and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project ( I had my kitchen and bathroom totally renovated). Besides working in a timely manner, they paid attention to detail and kept me in the loop the entire time. The final result exceeded my expectations and I am over the moon happy with the outcome. It is so hard to find good, responsible contractors these days. I would highly recommend Theo and his crew to anyone looking dependable , skilled and courteous service. Mary Fitzmaurice

I needed to replace flooring for a rental unit as well as some other updates. Theo is great to work with. He understood what was needed and went above and beyond my expectations. His team did a superb job. They are professional, respectful and reliable. They showed up on time every day. They left the areas clean when job was done. Price was reasonable. If I can give them ten stars, I would.

We’re relatively new to the place having just moved a couple of months ago and the first apartment repair involves the neighbor right below us, our bathtub was leaking through the neighbor’s kitchen ceiling. Disaster. Awful it happened so soon and worst that we don’t know anyone to ask for recommendations. But thanks to my pal Google, we found Tappan Z and Theo. They sent Nivaldi to assess the issue and within days, the tub and ceiling are both fixed. They’re great in communicating issues, timely and upfront. We’re definitely consider them on next project we need at home. Thanks again.
