I had an amazing experience working with David Mercado and his crew. David is not only a great person but also an exceptionally talented HVAC technician, and his expertise is reflected in the quality of work and care his team provides to every customer. For many years, I used a large HVAC company because I knew the owner personally, which made the experience easy. However, after the company was sold, I noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and attention to detail. I was fortunate to find David for my new HVAC installation, and the difference was immediately apparent. Not only did his team complete a top-quality installation, but David also identified and corrected efficiency issues from the previous system by enlarging the air intake, which significantly improved the system's overall performance. Excellent installation experience. Dave and his crew was extremely organized — appointment reminders, arrival time, and project timeline were all handled professionally. If we could give 10 stars, we would! We had Dave and his team replace our AC system last summer. They were professional, reasonable, and fair. They provided us with the best recommendations for our situation and did not try to oversell us. Fast forward a year and a half later, and our heating system acted up. Dave offered to FaceTime us to troubleshoot the heating system that they didn’t install or service (it came with the house). They absolutely could have sent someone and charged us, but they did not. We have really enjoyed working with Dave and his team and can absolutely trust them to put our best interests first.

Have a Navien Combi boiler that needed servicing. The whole Crew at Technique, from the office staff thru the technician were extremely professional and friendly. It took a while after after getting my quote for me to find a good time to schedule ( we had some family issues and timing over summer wasn't possible. But finally got with them and they held true to their quote and came today!! Tarik was exceptional and completed the job quickly and efficiently!
