Teens Under Construction

Based in White Plains, Teens Under Construction provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive programming for youth throughout Westchester County. Its work combines mental health and wellness support, mentorship, prevention education, social-emotional learning, and youth leadership development with creative approaches such as hip-hop therapy. Programs include hip-hop group therapy, the T.R.U.T.H. program, summer camp activities, and staff training in hip-hop therapy. The organization also offers assembly and keynote presentations, consultation services, and other programming designed for youth-serving environments. Teens Under Construction works with creative expression as a central part of its approach, using culturally responsive methods to support engagement and personal development.
