The CF Group llc Home Contractors

For quality of workmanship, five stars... but manner of conducting business, just two. First appointment set by telephone, and I was stood up ("alarm clock issues"). Pit dug for work on my house's foundation, then long wait for follow-up (SOME of that justified due to inclement weather). With scarcely a day's notice, CF Group unexpectedly called me to say that the completion work would commence early on Easter Sunday. The laborers seemed not to mind working on this holiday, they told me, and were just glad not to have been dispatched to a distant job only later to discover that CF Group had "forgotten" the assignment, as happened for jobs in New Jersey. Job satisfactorily completed, so I was to mail a check as requested by e-mail. CF Group suddenly calls me one morning to ask if the check can be picked up in person. "No problem, when do you want to drop by?" "I'm already en route and will reach you in a few minutes"! Umkay... check picked up and cashed immediately. Overall, good workmanship at fair prices, but there is a rough edge to this way of doing business.
