Thermo-Seal Windows, Siding And Roofing

We recently had all of the windows in our home replaced by Thermo Seal, and overall we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Before moving forward, we had compared Thermo Seal to Renewal by Andersen and Marvin. What really stood out was how straightforward the process was with Aaron, no BS, fair pricing for quality, and no 4-hour sales pitch like we experienced with Renewal by Andersen. They also came highly recommended by one of my good friends (they did their CT house) and one of my husband’s coworkers, and had great reviews online, which made us feel confident moving forward. When Aaron came to see the house, he was direct, to the point, assessed quickly, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. As first-time homeowners with a 6-month-old, that approach meant a lot to us and made the decision feel easy. Aaron and Jaida (installation team) were great to work with, super responsive, easygoing, and just genuinely pleasant throughout the whole process. The team was also amazing with my family and my son, which I really appreciated during a project like this. The project took about three days total. The first day was more of a drop-off for materials, and then the next two days they split the work and did half the house each day. Everything was done with care, and they came back after to pick up any remaining trash, which made things feel very seamless. Our old windows were single-pane from 1972/1973, and they let a ton of cold air into the house. Our heat was constantly working overtime to keep up and so was our ConEd bill. We honestly felt the difference immediately after the new windows were installed. The house holds heat so much better now and keeps the cold out, which we were really excited about. It’s one of those upgrades that feels like a small change but ends up feeling like a luxury in everyday life. The windows themselves look beautiful and completely modernized our home. They’re energy efficient, easy to open, and easy to clean - big upgrades from what we had before. The only callout is that they’re not the most sound-blocking, but honestly that’s okay. We live on a hill and I don’t think there’s much more that could’ve been done on that front anyway. We’re still waiting to have the edges of a few windows filed down a bit, but aside from that, we’re very happy with the work. Overall, really solid experience. Aaron and Bob were professional. We had 13 windows installed with capping. The windows were ordered and installed within a month. Once the windows were ready for installation, it took three days to complete the job. Bob's crew, Romero, Ivan, and Kevin, removed the blinds, old windows and capping. They then installed and capped the new windows (Harvey Platinum). They re-caulked and re-capped two tiny windows (closet and bathroom). Ivan quickly put all my blinds back up! They were skillful, diligent, and pleasant. It's been two weeks and the windows look great and are working well! Thanks Thermo-Seal!

You can purchase high quality windows, but if the installation isn’t done properly, it defeats the purpose. Knowing his team had years of experience gave us confidence. We decided to move forward, and we’re so glad we did. The crew of 2 men were professional, neat and made sure everything was completed correctly. It’s been about a month now and the difference is incredible. Sometimes I forget to turn the heat on because the house feels so comfortable! We highly recommend this company!!
